A collection of scenes of bicycling on sidewalks. Because the City doesn't believe there is a problem.
And this is only for the times I have a camera in hand.
There is absolutely no artistic intent.

City of Vancouver pretends to give shit...

… but given the enforcement, they don’t. Given how they do NOT follow up on complaints, they don’t.

(unless you are not wearing a helmet, or you are a BCCLA executive director and get fined for a missing bell)
